CCMSLite is a self-help, web-based portal to provide you with quick and easy access to manage all your season parking needs.

What are the services available in CCMSLite?

You will be able to perform the following services in this system:

  1. Apply for season parking space in the respective properties
  2. Check the status of season parking application
  3. Make payment for season parking space with instant payment confirmation and receipt download
  4. View and retrieve payment records
  5. Terminate season parking space
  6. Update contact/vehicle details

How do I apply a new season parking application?

Access our system by logging in, then select "Apply Season" and proceed by following the on-screen instructions.

How do I know if my season parking application is successful?

You can check your application status under the “Check Application” tab in our system.

How do I renew my season parking?

You can renew your season parking under "Payment, Season Renew".

How can I change my mailing/billing address?

Please log in to our system with your account in order to update your information. You can find the option to do so at the top right corner, labeled as "your user name".

How do I terminate my season parking?

If you no longer require your season parking, you have the option to conclude it through the "Manager Season, Termination of Season" section in our system.

Can I transfer my season parking to another vehicle?

Transferring your season parking to parties other than the registered holder is strictly prohibited. You may only transfer it to another vehicle in the event of purchasing or leasing a new vehicle, or if your registered vehicle is undergoing repairs and a temporary replacement is needed. Simply log in to our system and navigate to the "Manage Season, Change Of Vehicle" tab to initiate the necessary changes.
